Origin Home Screen Won't Load

There is currently an issue with Origin on Mac that our team is aware of and working on. 

Would it be possible to attach logs of your issue to this thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/Origin-Won-t-Load-Fully/m-p/7989323#M40020

The logs are in the following folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Origin/Logs/. The ~ is the home directory.

Here's how you gather logs:

1. Hit Cmd+Shift+G in the Finder and enter ~/Library/
2. Navigate to Application Support/Origin/Logs to find the Origin logs
3. Attach the files in the Logs folder to this thread

For Origin Installation Logs

1. Go to the installation folder of the game they are trying to install
2. Select the __Installer folder
3. Attach the file InstallLog to this thread

@blindleaf follow these steps, then re log into origin. once logged in, there should be a black lightbox come up talking about cookies at the bottom of the screen. Click on the small blue writing in the box, this will take you to cookies settings where you press 'agree and proceed'. It will flick to a differant screen and your origin will appear behind the lightbox. Press the 'X' in the top right hand corner and ... Ta Da.

did this exactly as explained and cleared catalog cache and my origin is still not loading.

@bipumpout open task manager and check for any origin apps running you will find a origin report something i forgot and end task and delete logs it worked for me

Don't install beta versions. I have uninstalled origin and installed it again(without ticking the install beta version option). This has actually solved my problem.
