Origin not installing games

Origin has been failing to install the Sims 4, I downloaded the game just fine along with its DLC's, and then tried to install, it responded by going to finalizing, the finalizing thing didnt move, and then it went back and put it back in the queue, it cant install any of the DLC's either

I have tried things like repairing the CC files, clearing the cache, clearing storage, uninstalling and reinstalling Origin, and all of the other solutions to problems Vaguely similar to my own that i found here and on the help page

If anyone could help me figure out how to get this to work, that would be great!

To start with @SimsDaleOrigin can you ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.
