Origin login doesnt work (doesnt open up)

When i open up Origin the loading thingy only loads like this... i wanna play sims 😩

Can someone help me please? I dont know how to explain this... i hope the pictures will say it all

Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp%  in the Search field  or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

Restart your machine and check.

NOTE and if something goes wrong you may need to do a Clean Boot  https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
