Origin log in not working

I have been on to EA Help for 4 days now with the same issue that no one has been able to solve. I cannot log in to Origin using my account but can log into other accounts. I was told to write on this and somehow someone would solve it. I have done all the troubleshooting steps and have uninstalled and reinstalled Origin so many times I can’t count. Please respond quickly

Hey @ABCDEFGH6 if there is an issue with your account then there is not much that we can do to assist as we are not able to assist with account based issues on AHQ.

You can try the following steps to see if they help:

• Close Origin completely by right clicking the Origin system tray icon and selecting Exit.
• Make sure Time/Date is correctly set on the PC
• Make sure Origin is authorized by your anti-virus and firewall
• Reset Internet Explorer Settings
• Untick the options in LAN Settings ( make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server )
• Clear Origin Cache Data
• Reset the Windows Host File
• Reboot your computer. Now right-click Origin and select Run as administrator
• If still unresolved, please do a clean boot

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

I have finally got it fixed. So for anyone who is also having this issue. I went on to EA Help and asked them to change the email on the account and that seemed to work.
