Origin is slow as ..........

Origin is the only app on my pc that is this slow. 5MB is not that great. trying to download battlefield V for 3 days already. every day the download won't compleet and the next day it starts again from the beginning. It needs 3 hours to download!! wtf!!! I have origin basic, but i cannot play anything like this.

fix it or give me my money back.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @PJS555666.

I tested Origin there and was hitting speeds of 30mbs and higher. As such you are most likely having an issue with your network or connection.

As such can you try the following steps please:

• Disable all background programs on your system (including Steam). You can also do this with a clean boot
• Temporarily disconnect all other devices that you don't need from your network
• Use a wired connection
• Make sure Origin is accepted in your anti-virus and firewall

same problem here i paused the download and when i try to resume download it dosent resume the download
