Origin is not working

I done an update for my origin on my laptop. And since I have done the update it’s not allowing me to go on my sims. I have the windows 10 computer. And it’s saying origin is incompatible. 

I cant load my sims 4 game or go on to the origin homepage. 

Any ideas on how to fix this??

Please post the exact error message.

It’s saying on the origin home page “origin encountered an issue loading this page. Please try reloading it- if that doesn’t work, restart the client or try again later. 

Then on the information about the game it’s saying origin is incompatible that is why it is not working??

@lilz-ere-08  I've moved your thread to the Origin tech forum, since this is an issue with Origin and not really Sims 4.

Try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling.
