As your issue was related to Origin, I moved your post to Origin Technical Issues board
Could you share with us more details on what is happening? For example, did Origin open in your computer before, or the issue is there from the moment you installed it? Is it showing any error messages?
If you are using a PC, you might want to try running it as administrator. Find Origin shortcut in your desktop, right click on it and select the option 'Run as administrator'. Does that help?
