Origin is content download issue

I recently bought a stuff pack for the Sims 4 and I was trying to download it but every single time it tells me windows is blocking it and to click yes. every time I click yes it will process it then say download failed. I even tried it when trying to update the sims 4. can someone please help me?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with downloading content from Origin 

Could you please try out the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Clear Origin cache.
2. Close down background applications.
3. Run Origin as admin.
4. Adjust the UAC settings

• Type "UAC" in the search field on your taskbar.
• Click "Change User Account Control settings" in the search results.
• Then do one of the following:
  - To turn UAC off, drag the slider down to Never notify and click OK.
  - To turn UAC on, drag the slider up to the desired level of security and click OK.
• Confirm your selection and reboot the PC.
