Question: if I were to run Apex from steam, would all my origin friends and stats show up in-game?

Edit: at the time of writing this I did not realize it wasn't out on steam yet.

Seeing the amount of issues people are having I've decided I'm putting off installing the client until EA properly updates it, be it to v10.6, or better, 11 - and ideally give us an actual changelog. One that doesn't just say they "made it so much better". I just did a fresh install of Windows and I'm not interested in having some unstable software on my system.
