Origin download speed slowing to 0 bytes

hi i think i found how to fix this ...u can use the (beta) or if this happens to u....u might need to update so i suggest turning auto update origin on

No Need to do any of that, this worked for me,

Top left of the launcher Click Origin > Application Settings > Installs & Saves > Legacy Game Installers 

Go to the path of Legacy Game Installers, ex : C:\ProgramData\Origin\DownloadCache

Quit Origin Launcher 

And Delete all contents within C:\ProgramData\Origin\DownloadCache

Open Origin and the game should start validating

After it should resume the download...

Yep, same as everyone else.  Starts up, then slowly goes to 0.  Pretty pathetic that EA has us trying to reboot, restart our router, etc.  Nothing else has this problem.  Only your app.
