Origin doesn't see my Battlefield 4 files after I reinstalled Origins [ Edited ]

Hello,

I have been downloading 16GBs of Battlefield 4 over the past 2 days (yes, my connection is only 4Mbps and shared with my family).

So I had a this problem with origin after a computer restart, so I tried to fix it through clearing Origin cache and it didn't fix it.I tried reinstalling Origins and it didn't fix it. So I uninstalled it using Bulk Crap Uninstaller and reinstalled it and it finally worked.

But now it wants me to download Battlefield 4 from the start. I tried to locate the game, it said it's "repairing" but it was downloading from scratch.

I followed this tutorial and it fixed it. But still, it's a problem with Origin that needs to be fixed.
