I am so sorry about that. I've been trying to get my the sims 4 again since last summer. can you believe that and nobody is helping me. I do not know if the ea community makes money by deleting the already purchased games from customers' game library. Is this a strategy or something to make people buy the product again?

Same thing happened to me! They told me to ever play the Sims again I have to buy it! I am a college student I can't afford to buy it again! and I had three expansion packs! utter *.
