I really need help on this. I've been struggling with the issue for about two months now. I bought a 2017 gamer laptop and downloaded origin and Fifa 19. How come every time I turn off my Pc and open origin when turning it on my Realtek audio crashes freezing my Pc? It's not a drivers thing, I've already tried that. It's not a cache thing, I've already tried that. It's not a "run as admin" thing, I've already tried that. It's not a requirement thing, I've already checked it. I've tried every possible solution on internet and nothing seems to work. The only solution that works is uninstalling origin, turning my Pc off, waiting a couple of hours, installing it again and never turn it off again... It's annoying!

Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank
Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Search field or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.
Restart your machine.

My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).

Thanks for your time Yahel... I've already tried that and didn't work. Any other ideas?
I cannot fix it this time. Only solution seems to be rebooting my Pc and Windows to default (even though I did it last time and the only thing I downloaded is Origin). It's an Origin thing because when I disable the sound I still cannot open origin but I can launch Fifa. While on Fifa I tried enabling the sound back again and it worked... But it's not the solution I'm looking for, it's annoying. Origin shouldn't be crashing with Windows 10 or Realtek sound or whatever the problem is.
