Origin crashes after locating game

exact same issue here same games too, the only game that work was apex then it just crashed due to "game logic" then origin just doesn't open ever again

Depressing that this is still an issue, but this is my solution:

My problem was with Dragon Age 2, so I'll use that as an example.

Go to the folder where your games are located.

Rename Dragon Age 2's folder (e.g. _Dragon Age 2)
Download the game in Origins and let it download a little bit.

Pause the download/exit origin

delete the new Dragon Age 2 folder and and remove the underscore from the old one.

When you open Origin, it continues downloading Dragon Age 2, but first it verifies all your files and voila, no download necessary.

Same thing, as of AUGUST 2021 !!!!!!! I really hope that origin dissappears from the earth, and for sure will not purchase BF 2042 under this platform. Unblievable.

Just buy it from St34m. My Battlefield 1 works just fine on that platform.
