Origin conflicts with something

Hello

I've installed Origin, but after i ran it i got only this

Nothing i've tried helped (deleting and reinstall, clearing cache, defragmentation, etc.).

Clean boot haven't helped as well.

But when i do diagnostic startup Origin opens normally, so that's probably conflict problem.

Any ideas what can cause it?
