Origin client not loading

My origin doesn't load. I re-installed it a lot of times but it's still stuck

I am having the same issue i tried following these instructions but some files wont let me delete them because they are in another file

or open in another program it says. how do I delete these files ? pls help!

@EA_Cade didn't help me. I've got a MacBook if that helps. Are there any other ways I can get it to do what I paid for (not your fault I'm just frustrated)
