★★★★★ Newbie

when I start up my Origin I could see that I could sign in, but when I put in my login it says that my Origin is up, but it's invisible I can't see it anywhere, I download origin again, nothing changed, I made a new account it worked i could see my origin but now I don't have my games, I have to rebuy it or just wait till having an update and hope that they fix this bug.

Hey @Zukimo_CSawM can you check if Origin is running in the background and if so would you mind taking a couple of minutes to go through the following steps:

  • In task manager end "Origin", "OriginWebHelperservice" and "OriginThinSetupInternal"
  • Open you Origin install folder
  • Delete the file "OriginThinSetupInternal'
  • Right click on Origin and then select "Troubleshoot compatibility"
  • Click "Try recommended settings" and then"Test the program"
  • Save the settings in the compatibility troubleshooter.
  • Origin will prompt you that you are using a compatibility setting. Click continue.
  • Once done launch Origin

Let me know how you get on

Can't say that I've seen that issue before @Zukimo_CSawM.

Can you grab me a screenshot of just what it is that you are seeing?

The more info we have the better we can assist.
