Clearing the Origin Cache should fix that issue for you @Ahmedd_Mostafa/

Can you try clearing the cache using the steps I posted above and ensure that you follow them exactly.

Can you try it again @Ahmedd_Mostafa and ensure that you do not deviate from the steps in any way.

If the issue remains after then please uninstall and reinstall Origin.
