Origin cilent . Fail update :c and screen stop

My origin is fail update its happen like this 4 - 5 day now . when I gonna play anthem it open update page. and moveing picture stop moveing but it still keep download and after it I need 

ctrl alt tab for shutdown it. 

I must restart again and try to click a game if It gonna update again . and error . I must restart computer and try again until its aollow me to play anthem :0

idk what to do with it. please help me :<

It seems that something is blocking Origin from updating @PinkieNymph.

Can you try disabling your anti-virus and firewall and then try updating again? If it works great, you just need to add an exception for Origin to both.

If it does not work can you try a clean install of Origin to see if it helps?
