I'm online, and able to access games via Steam and all my typical websites. What's going wrong here?
I can't update, or re-install. I tried a clean boot. I disabled my virus software. I ran as administrator., what else can I do?!?!

I've done almost all of those steps and no result. I'm starting to wonder if it's a problem with a new router I've installed.... So I'm going to try and check the necessary ports are all open, but need to contact the support team of my router as not sure how to do that. It's such a strange issue, as literally only Origin is affected....

It could be a ports issue @Crookham_Blue. It's also worth going ahead and using Google's DNS settings to see if it makes a difference: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/
