Origin boot error, game launch issues, etc.

Almost every time I try to launch Origin, I get this screen, especially if I am offline. When this happens, I can never change or reload the page and usually cannot use the go online feature. Today, I even tried to exit and sign in again (online) multiple times, but I still get the same error page. I have constant problems trying to launch native games and can rarely launch one of my EA games that I got from the Epic Games store. The problems have persisted for over 3 years despite updating whenever I can.
Is there any way to fix this, or am I eternally cursed?

Can you try going through these steps to clear the Origin cache? This will reset some preference files that aren't normally touched during an uninstall/reinstall even, so it would be worth checking here as well.
I would also check the ports listed in this post to make sure you've opened them for Origin.
While not an EA site, you can find basic steps here to open ports for most router models. I would try going through that as well to get this set up and see if there's any change.
