Hello,
I've had this issue before and clearing cache didn't fix it, but uninstalling using BulkCrapUninstaller then reinstalling fixed it.
Now the issue has occurred again and not even BulkCrapUninstaller fixes it. I just cleared the cache and it's still not fixed.

@RealAdawon Hiya, have you tried resetting your internet explorer settings?
Origin uses it, even if you don't.

Just tried it and it didn't fix it. A few days ago I uninstalled with BCU, restarted, redownloaded/installed it, restarted and it worked. But now it does it again and not even resetting internet explorer fixes it. BTW, Origin is now stuck on offline mode for some reason (since before resetting internet explorer).

Please actually do something about it instead of telling us to clear settings or whatever, it's not functioning as intended at all. Imagine having to reinstall and re download every time you play an origin game
Edit: I did the whole uninstall/restart/install process again now after resetting internet explorer settings and it did nothing
