Origin application wont open

My origin doesn't open after latest update. Every time I click on the icon, nothing opens, but a background processor opens and chews up to 90% of my CPU's usage. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't fix the issue. Please help. At first I thought it was EA doing a * April fools pranks, like hahaha you can't play our games. But i was wrong. I just want to play Apex legends and I can't. Image to show there's a background processor running but no application open.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Dimmmo0, would you mind taking a couple of minutes to go through the following steps:

• In task manager end "Origin", "OriginWebHelperservice" and "OriginThinSetupInternal"
• Open you Origin install folder
• Delete the file "OriginThinSetupInternal'
• Right click on Origin and then select "Troubleshoot compatibility"
• Click "Try recommended settings" and then"Test the program"
• Save the settings in the compatibility troubleshooter.
• Origin will promt that you are using a compatibility setting. Click continue.

i have installed origin today and before it finishes installing it gave me this error, and when i open the app it gives me the same error 

notes: 
1- booted my PC
2- Restarted my PC 
3- stopped my anti-virus 

4- followed the steps where i delete the file from the install folder 
5- uninstall and re-install 

what now ?!

I tried this and its still not working is there anything else I can do? the app just will not load or open at all
