i have just bought command and conquer and want to sign in to download. The origin account is saying failure to log in try again later. are the servers down?

Let's take a look and see if we can figure out what might be causing the issue. First, can you try running the Reset Origin tool to see if that helps? If there's a problem with the client data that may do the trick. For more info on how to run it check out the EA Help website.

The Origin servers should be up and running from what I can see. Are you still getting the same error when you're trying to log in?

Hey @farantahir168,
It's possible there might be something blocking Origin from connecting. Have you checked to make sure there's an exception for Origin in your anti-virus and other security software?

What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before launching Origin? If there is anything else running on the PC that might be blocking it from connecting that could help get around it.
