Origin Update or Install - Error 9:0 [ Edited ]

Like the title says, I can't update Origin, because the installation fails. It says I should restart, that it should work, but it doesn't. It still keeps giving me this error (9.0). It also says I can't log in offline, but login is disable. So I can't run Origin at all.

Hi,

It looks like you've updated to the Origin beta? If you clear the Origin cache then you will revert back to the current non-beta version.

Yeah, I figured it was Origin beta, so I actually uninstalled everything and did a clean install. Hopefully your method, that is much more simpler than mine,  will help someone

The beta does have quite a lot of bugs at the moment but finding them like this is good so that we can make sure that they won't be there in the final release.

I am having the same issues for 3 hours now. Anyone know how to resolved?

I cleared the Origin cache, but i still have the same issue.
Note : why providing a beta Origin if it prevents update ?

The beta is for testing purposes so issues are likely to appear.

Uninstall Origin if you are still in the beta and can't update.

I did uninstall the game but it still doesn't work...

Can you confirm to me if you are now running the beta or the normal Origin version? Please also let me know the specific error message that you're seeing on your screen.

In the meantime, make sure that the following ports are allowed on your system:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

Also try running your system in a clean boot.

@Straatford87 when i downloaded origin from the site it said origin needed a update when you click that it auto installs the Beta
