I recently purchased Sims 4 and downloaded Origin Acess yesterday to play the game. The game is visible online in my Library, but when I launch Origin it comes up with an error message (Attached) and says there are no games in my library. I have tried numerous times uninstalling and re-installing Origin but nothing changes. When I click on the game from the online platform then select launch Origin that way it asks for my product code, I have looked on my confirmation email and there is no code... I don't know what to do, please help!!
