Origin Maxes Cpu

My origin is MAXing out my CPU and causing problems with it running in general, longer origin runs the worse it gets.. performance issue after about 5 min

CPU spec

I9 7900x @ 3.3ghz

64gb ram 3200mhz

1tb 970 pro nvme ssd

rtx 2080ti gpu

so CPU shouldnt be any where near where is it

ive tried this on win 8 and 10 as well as administrator and compatibility modes
