Origin Launcher won't launch.

As per the title, the launcher won't launch. I've completely uninstalled using IObit uninstaller and CCleaner, clean boot, run in compatibility mode, run as admin, added as an exception in Avast, turned off shields when trying to launch. 

It was working about a month ago but I always had to run it as admin.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Destructojak.

Best thing to do when this occurs takes a couple of minutes to go through the following steps:

• Close Origin completely by right clicking the Origin system tray icon and selecting Exit.
• Make sure Time/Date is correctly set on the PC
• Make sure Origin is authorized by your anti-virus and firewall
• Reset Internet Explorer Settings
• Untick the options in LAN Settings ( make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server )
• Clear Origin Cache Data
• Reset the Windows Host File
• Reboot your computer. Now right-click Origin and select Run as administrator
• If still unresolved, please do a clean boot

@EA_Darko None of this worked. I saw this post on another thread. Some of your links are either broken or not leading to the correct information. Upon looking at my cache, I noticed that I don't have a LocalContent in my %ProgramData% folder.
