Origin Crashing randomly

Hi,

Origin started crashing repeatedly this week. It crashes while in-game (booting me out of the game as the game is dependent on Origin running), and while only running the client. 

During every crash the Client_Log outputs this:

I have tried contacting customer support three times now, but keep getting basic troubleshooting advice. I am pretty certain this is related to telemetry, once again. Specifically it's the SocialSdk service that causes the issue.

I have tried resetting Windows Telemetry, and it only worked temporarily.

Judging from the log it had something to do with the Social SDK crashing. I decided to delete my whole friends list (no friends with non-alphabet script in their names). This, however, solved the problem.

@aMediocreDad Hello, does this solve your issue? where I can locate log file? I have crash with error for weeks now even after reinstall windows 10 2004.

It's ridiculous this Madden 21 has all these bugs. They are the only game in town, and still can't get it right.  Mine crashes too, especially after updating the rosters.  As soon as I pick matchups, jerseys, etc.. the rotating football freezes and I have to back out the game and reboot. I tried the deleting the Origin folders, and ran the repair mode,  checking the files for integrity and it still crashes. I'm going to request a refund. $60.00 dollars down the drain....
