Well you guys are lucky. I've been doing local saves all along. Today tried playing my games, lost them like you guys did. I did the restore save thing and it restored my saved games... FROM DECEMBER. Now even if I do everything you guys did, all I get is like 20 hours of my Max playthrough, a playthrough I was almost 100% done with. I think 200 hours in at least. Also, Ellana, another quizzy, is gone completely too. I guess I should be happy I got Max back at all and that Ellana had only about 30 hours in so remaking her isn't nearly as annoying but geez, what the hell? Does anyone know what to do with this case? Because my last local save is NOT from december, that's ridiculous, it's more like march 20 something, but the save restore thing keeps only restoring to december.

How to actually log in through the game? because the keep import files not working the game itself is useless!!

None of these solutions worked for me.  I lost several long days of grinding through this game.  This is so frustrating.  I cannot count how many times Origin has let me down.

I played offline for one week because I did not have an internet connection available.  Then, after I had internet, I logged into Origin (forced, since I had restarted my computer and it told me I had to log in) and when I played DAI, my saves were gone.  I tried restoring, but it erased ALL of my saves.  Then I restarted and it brought back the saves up until a week ago.

WHAT IS THE POINT OF CLOUD SAVE IF IT CAUSES MORE PROBLEMS THAN BENEFITS!?

Would be nice if this would work for me aswell....
I reinstalled windows and thought the game is cloud saved, so nothing should be wrong... but hell I was wrong.
Seems like the game created save states on my pc.
and Dragon Age keep now says Export required.

good job EA!
my saves are gone and I can replay the whole game or what?!
if somebody knows where the save state folder is. pls tell me. so I caan maybe find it in the windows.old folder...

1. Check if you have some save files in My documents\ Bioware\

In the "My Documets" is no Bioware folder.
In the  "Documents" folder of windows there is also no Bioware folder.
if you know any more documents folders pls tell me 'cause I can't find it.
