Hi
My Sims 4 froze on my Mac last night. I had to "force quit". Afterwards, my Origin client would not work. I quit Origin, and tried to log in again. Please see attached image for the message I got. I restarted the Mac, same problem. I re-installed Origin, same message. I cleared the Origin cache, same message. What else can I do?

Could you manually trash all the files and see if that helps? The reset tool is amazing but it needs updating as it now misses a file which may, or not, be causing the issue. The other option would be to startup in safe mode and see if that works. Let us know how you get on
