Origin Client Won't Launch

I've just got a new PC and I have installed Origin - Unfortunately when I click the desktop Icon I get the timer circle for a few moments and the nothing happens... very frustrating.

So far I have tried pretty much every option or suggestion I have been able to find i.e.:

1. Reinstalling

2. Checked Connectivity

3. Turned off Firewalls

4. Clean Boot

5. Running as Administrator

6. Running in the available compatibility modes

7. Updating my graphics drivers

8. Making sure windows is on the latest version

Any ideas ?
