@b0nz0trip1et The "On the House" games work the same way as any other games. Basically, once you redeem an On the House game, it gets added to your Origin account.

If you are looking to play on another system, just download the Origin Client, log in with the account that had redeemed the On The House games and you will be able to download, install and finally play those games just as well as on the initial system.

Hope that clears that up, have fun!

Cheers,

Nils

I have FIFA 14 and I have to reinstall Windows from time to time, and to save this back thing I just use the following method.

Basically, I use regedit. When you reinstall windows you lose a registry file of the game this is how manulayy add it.

1.Go to search and tpye "run",.

2. In Run type "regedit"

3. Now in regedit, you will see folders in the left side panel,

4. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Wow6432node(if you have 32-bit windows just stay in SOFTWARE FOLDER.

(To make sure you are at the right place there wil be an "Origin" folder too.)

5.Then FOR FIFA 14, I just create a new key "EA Sports" by right-clicking on SOFTWARE Folder.

6. Then create a new key "FIFA 14" by right-clicking in "EA Sports" folder.

7.Now switch you attention to right panel, and add string values like,

DisplayName    : FIFA 14
Install Dir            : <path of game folder>

Locale                 : en_US

8.Restart Origin.

Its a bit advanced but it is fast

Hi

Be nice if There was a locate button aswell as a download button in the games list, so we could browse for the .exe so you dont fill up the fast hdd with old games that dont need ssd.

oo just realized how old this topic was

you need to change file name from" TS4.par" into "The.Sims.4.Launcher.par"

in folder ...\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

Hi guys
I got pissed of having to download and reinstall origin games every time I format.
So made a little app to automate processes of backing up and restoring games in origin.
Let me know what u guys think.
The app does all the registry entries for u. And u can install them anywhere u want at restore time,
it does not have to be where it was before or where origin say it should be.
