Ok so a clean boot worked but...
the services I had to disable were only "Origin Client Service" and "Origin Web Helper Services" (??????)

I have a problem with updating, installing or uninstalling games on Origin.
"Origin needs to download files and is waiting for permission. Please choose "Yes" when Windows prompts you for permission."
But no prompt pops up, and i simply can't update or install any games. When i try to uninstall, nothing happens.
Please someone help me with this problem.

have you figured anything out, its saying that my game is corrupt and needs to be reinstalled, after i just purchased a bundle pack too... how do i fix this

@Kymberlee87 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the game's icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, or you can't run the repair, clear Origin's cache and try again.
