Previous thread https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/Origin-Not-Allowing-Game-Access/td-p/8564393
At the end of our last discussion, Origin was working offline. I had my game library and was able to play. After an update it was blank.
I was given an Origin link from EuphorialQueen in discord from you and it failed to download
I was able to download EuphorialQueen's version and install but it was blank also.
As of today, I have downloaded and installed the most current Origin Client from Origin.
Windows 10 and graphics card is updated
I use Norton 360
I've allowed all this through the fire wall.
Here's a current DXDiag: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Rb1kvZJkLMEU1jBQUj802QZQjMop5ACF
Here's a Client Log txt https://drive.google.com/open?id=1drAL_d4PETKDCyMOFYtNlJ4iciLoMaOJ
The result is a blank Origin. I tried bringing up a game from the online origin client but nothing worked.
Thanks for you time and any help.

Norton looks good.
Did you cleaned the Adware with Malwarebytes from the system? If not do it please > Restart. (a real Restart, not just shut down and start again.)
.
Then:
If it don't works:
Don't worry if it still don't works, this is mainly to get a fresh install of Origin on your system so we both know where we are itm.

That google drive links are not necessary, you can add the files directly here in AHQ.
Did you uninstalled Origin before installing from that ThinSetup?

I did do an uninstall of origin before reinstalling it. But it may have been an easy uninstall. I can't remember.
I tried giving you access to the Google drive files from my phone , did it work?
I am away from my laptop but should be home soon.

No problem. I am out for tonight. (It is pretty late were I am.)
Give me access or post them here, then we will get to the bottom of it.

@holger1405 Here are the two files. Hope they shed some light on the cause of the problem.

OK, there is still the pmservice.exe
Do you have a UPS? (This is a UPS.)
If not go here.

@holger1405Do you mean an uninterrupted power supply (UPS)? Your link was broken.
I have a power surged protected power supply multi strip that I plug into my home outlet. We have power constantly.
I'll get my laptop on and run the malware and antivirus scans as soon as possible.
I have internet thru Verizon. In a few days I will have a limited amount of high speed internet. Could this be due to the slow internet speed? Meaning the fact that the internet pages are not loading on the client? I don't have any trouble using the internet for anything else. We've had this same internet for several years without issue with Origin.

Yes, it was indeed. Fixed that.
And yes, I mean a uninterrupted power supply. A multi strip with surge protection is different, so please run the scans.

Norton full scan resulted in no threats. Attached results text file.
Opened Origin. Still blank.
