Origin Client (Beta) insists I'm offline

Clearly, I am online.

 

I've tried restarting, disabling my anti-virus, uninstalling and re-installing the Origin client, all to no effect. The problem has gone away on its own in the past, but it seems to be an occasional problem that persists.
