Origin App does not load on PC

Hello,

I can't seem to start my origin app on my PC. It starts to upload but get stuck mid-way and does not work.

I attached a print screen of the app - it just stays like that. As you can see, the upper bar works, but the content does not upload. 

(already tried to do computer restart). I looked on questions by previous people who asked about the same problem, and one suggestion was to run the program as administrator, so |I tried that too, but it didn't help.

What could be the problem and how can I solve it?
