Clearing cache normally fixes that but if you've done that step then we can look into another potential cause: Background apps.
Background apps can sometimes cause connectivity issues as they use up some of the PC's resources to run. Could you close some of the background apps temporarily such as the antivirus or firewall, etc and then perform a clean boot as that can help if there are any programs blocking Origin.
