Online login is currently unavailable

For days now, I've done all of the troubleshooting checklist:
- time sync
- reinstall origin
- open firewall
- disable anti-virus
- restore to previous version of windows
- I have no USB storage devices attached, so USB drivers are irrelevant

- I've had live chat hang up on me twice, so that's fun 

- my helpdesk case was "escalated" and I've heard exactly nothing since

I know it was working in June, since I downloaded something then

there wouldn't be dozens and complaints about this issue if there weren't an issue with the Origin  application itself, so how about some traction?

Hello,Everytime the origin sign in page appears it says online login is currently unavailable.If I put my name and password in it says I must be online logging in for the first time, since I thought un installing and re installing would fix this. If I go to the origin page on chrome I am able to sign in and view my games but trying to play a game opens the sign in page for origin which has login unavailable error. Any ideas? I have tried the cache delete, usb removal and uninstall and re install origin with no luck. I may have tried to go through steam to access origin.Please help,this is ridiculous.
