Online Log in Currently Unavailable

★ Novice

Hi guys, as the title states, I haven't been able to log into my Origin account from the launcher in... 3-4 days?

I've uninstalled, and reinstalled Origin, maybe 5 times now.

I've gone in to the Program Data, and deleted everything but the local files. Etc.

I've reset my network settings. Time and date settings. Everything.

It still takes about 30 seconds for the launcher to open properly, and then states that online log in is unavailable. I'm able to log into Origin from Firefox, but.... at this point I'm absolutely stuck. Should I factory reset my whole computer? (all of my files/games are on an external hard drive, so it wouldn't be too painstaking.)

Thanks in advanced guys! Have a great day!

Just cleared the cache again, still no avail. I'm currently running a UOTrace and will send the results.

Hi @TTV_JenTheAsian,

Thanks, can you try a http://bit.ly/Clean_Boot to see if that helps?

Hi again Cade!

So, I did the clean boot last week, and it worked.

However, trying to log in tonight it did the same thing. Is there any specific reason why this would keep happening??

TYIA!

Hi @TTV_JenTheAsian,

Sounds like a background program is interfering with Origin in some way, I would recommend reaching out to an adviosr at http://bit.ly/EA_Contact_Us so we can take a closer look at any programs running that may be interfering.

Typically it's an antivirus or firewall software compatibility issue.
