ORIGINTHINSETUP WONT LET ME OPEN ORIGIN WHEN I DOUBLE CLICK IT

So i have this OriginThinSetup thing and evrytime ii would re download origin it would download that so evertiem i open OriginThinSetup it never opens anything and i tried everything i can think of even a clean boot and delete it from ccleaner and stuff plz HELP ME
