MY APEX INSTALLER ISNT RUN! WHAT CAN I DO?

Could you tell us a bit more about your problem? 

What exactly is happening when you're trying to install Origin? Is there any error message appearing? Is it the first time installing our app on your PC?

hey i have download your app when i have win8 now i get win 10 and that isnt installing... no messeges no erors just nothing thats loading but it isnt opening!

Please try uninstalling the Origin client from your PC if you previously had it installed before upgrading to Windows 10. 

Re-download the latest version here.

Once installed, right-click on the desktop shortcut and run it as administrator.

Sounds like it might be a program running in the background that's conflicting with Origin. Try a clean boot and then immediately launch Origin as administrator by right-clicking on the desktop shortcut.
