Hello, I tried playing the sims today, and nothing seems to be working. When I booted up the game, the base lands were missing, like willow creek and oasis springs. the only playable worlds were the custom content ones. Most of my characters live in Willow Creek, and they seem to be gone.
I tried to move on and make new characters, but it wouldn't let me customize their appearance at all. SO again, I tried to move on and use one of my previous characters in Brindleton Bay, and when I booted up the game, half of the furniture was purple with question marks all over it and my character was nowhere to be found. time passed but I couldn't do anything with the character or the furniture. I don't know what to do.
