Nothing Working

I was attempting to open Origin but it won't open and then I tried opening Sims 4 like I wanted to but that also won't open so I'm not sure what to do... I've tried restarting my Pc and that also didn't work.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Scott_Moon2.

Do you see an error message of any kind when you are unable to open Origin?

Can I ask you to check it Origin is running in the background and if so would you mind taking a couple of minutes to go through the following steps:

• In task manager end "Origin", "OriginWebHelperservice" and "OriginThinSetupInternal"
• Open you Origin install folder
• Delete the file "OriginThinSetupInternal'
• Right click on Origin and then select "Troubleshoot compatibility"
• Click "Try recommended settings" and then"Test the program"
• Save the settings in the compatibility troubleshooter.
• Origin will prompt you that you are using a compatibility setting. Click continue.
• Once done launch Origin

Ive had the same problem for hours. I can log into my account but it just acts like its loading. My wifi is fine. Everything else loads on my computer and other devices. Im convinced Origin is down and its not our computers. Ive also cleared my cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still giving me problems. Ugh
