Not finding Dream Home Decorator for bundle

Hi, so I decided that I would buy the newest game pack Dream Home Decorator in a build your own bundle, but it doesn't show up when I'm adding packs to my bundle. Have I misunderstood and Dream Home Decorator isn't a game pack, or is it just not available for build your own bundle because it's so new? I've seen few other older posts about packs not showing up, and a lot of people said it might be because of my region, so if this will clear anything up, I'm from Finland. I'm also playing on Mac (version 10.15.7 because i haven't bothered to update it, though my old versions have never been a problem before)
