Hi, having a payment issue with both the web and native client:

 

I entered my credit card number to attempt to sign up for basic Origin access - when I tried to continue, I received an error that Origin already had that payment info on file and I would need to select from saved payment methods to continue. But there was no option anywhere to select a saved credit card, so I was unable to complete the transaction. This occurred on both the website and the Origin client.

 

I tried to report the bug through Origin help and it directed me through several web pages to land here.

Hey @MrFist3990 I'm locking this thread as it is quite old.

 

For account and billing issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
