No install or download option in Re-Reckoning, origin client and web/browser

So i just bought Re-Reckoning Fate edition, but there is no install button. i can see the game in my library, but there is no option og download or install, not even when I click the game. I have had support chat to help, but they cant seem to have an answer, try deleting cache, try re-intall Origin client. But even in web/browser version of Origin there is no options of download or install.

 I had to chat with the technical help.. 3'rd time was the lucky time

He did something, log in log out and now I can download..

@mikasameister I bought this game last year on origin, and I am still unable to play it.
Origin blamed the developers, but surely this is down to the origin client.
Origin won't give me a solution, or a refund even though I have 0 time spent playing this game.

SHAME!!
