First, just clear your Origin cache and reboot before retrying the downloads.

If the issue persists, either update (preferable) or reinstall Origin.

I cant delete everything in that folder, see attached pictures.
Do you know which programs I need to delete here?

I'm am not sure that deleting that Logs folder is essential.
I assume your second screen shot is to show that Origin is not running, yes?
Maybe reboot, make sure Origin is not running once you are booted and then retry the steps.

I have done all that. Reinstalled origin, rebooted, followed the steps....still not working. What can i do next?
