No access to signup email anymore, can I change it to my current email?

Hello! The email I signed up with Origin quite a few years ago now, I can not access it as a former friend took it over and tole it for herself. Now I want to change my old email to my new email but I can not do this as it wants me to send a verification email to my old unusable email. Can you please help me? I've spent so much money on the games I have and so not want to lose that money!

The old email I used to sign up with and that is linked to my account is [edit: email address removed] and the one I want to change it too is [edit: email address removed], Please help!!

Hey @AussieSimmer76 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
