So, I have no clue about these things!
When Sims 4 came out, I got it and installed it on my computer (hp laptop) and made an Origin account with one of the three emails I have. Today I wanted to play Sims 4 again. I thought it was going to be so easy! HAHAHAHHAHAAHH
I didn’t remember my first login of Origin, so I made a new account. When I went to put in the Sims 4 code, it states that the game code is already used. I tried to login by using some old emails. After 20 minutes of trying to remember those passwords, I had no email for Origin and EA so that I could reset my original origin password. No luck! I’m not sure how to get rid of the old sims that I uploaded and start playing on my new account. I’ve searched through my entire computer three or four times and can not locate it.
